The Falcon is a 32-storey tower adjacent to the Central Park at Waterfall City. The building form was designed with an elliptical floor plate that adjusts in length from bottom to top to create a dynamic and interesting building form. The convex shape of the floor plate ensures maximum lettable area while minimizing the horizontality of the building making it appear sleeker and more vertical. The base of the building was designed as a separate but integrated circular form which addresses the park edge and houses the more public functions of the building.
