Set on an extremely prominent site in Nicosia, Cyprus, the Spiral combines office space on the upper floors with ground-floor, street-facing retail. The building was designed to provide a combination of large floor plates at its base which reduce as the building grows giving it a great sense of prominence. The spiralling roof scape of the building forms its main feature and provides unprecedented green open space that is evenly distributed through the building with uninterrupted views over the city.
