Waterfall Point is a Sectional Title office scheme designed to accommodate an array of smaller tenants. The scheme is broken up into four separate buildings to give tenants greater exposure, easier access and a stronger sense of identity. The slope of the site is used to accommodate two separate single-level semi-super-basements with direct access into the offices. A ring road is used to provide efficient and easily legible movement around the site. The design places great emphasis on generous landscaped public space which is designed to stitch the buildings together and encourage pedestrian movement around the site. These spaces are equipped with recreational amenities which form a unique selling point of the scheme.
